For anyone out there who works on chest and tri's in the same day, what is your workout?
I need to switch up my current workout, so Im looking for ideas.
Also, post what your goals are.

Incline DB Press 4x6-8
Flat DB Press 4x6-8
Cable Crossovers 3x6-8
Incline Cable Flyes (I feel cables much more than I do DB's) 3x8-10
Pec Deck 5 or 6 sets of about 15 just to really pump up the chest and get the blood flowing in there
Pushdown using assisted dip machine (push down on part where you would put knees) 4x6-8 or you can do bench dips instead
Close grip bench 4x6-8
Rope or V-Bar pushdown on cables 3x10-15
