So a little about me and what’s going on right now.
So right now I’m a government contractor working the schedule of 7:30 to 3:45. In the process of buying a new house and will be getting engaged later this year. Probably around Christmas. Been with Krystal for about five years and she’s been through the good and the bad times of my life…
As far as my training goes, I’m in the transition phase of changing gyms. I currently workout at a 24/7 fitness center and I’ll be actually working out at gyms here on the base where I work. They have about 5 gyms total and actually one in the building I work at. Very nice gyms with basketball courts, etc….
Once I change gyms, I’ll be doing cardio some of the following ways (Preworkout, Lunchbreak, or After work)
It’s sad to say but I’m no longer having the motivation to become a competitive bodybuilder. But I want to start getting back into it for the fun of it.
My training for this will be actually lots of cardio and HIIT training. I get in the gym, keep my heart rate up, and get out of the gym. My body responds very well to HIIT training and it likes its recovery.
I’m hovering at around 245lbs right now. BF is a bit higher than it needs to be but it’s not a major concern because once I start the HIIT, it will drop off with the quickness. Along with that, so will muscle. So if you start seeing my weight numbers drop off like crazy, I can lose weight fast but I can also gain it very fast as well.
If all goes well my routine with the HIIT will be a Push/Pull.
Day 1: Chest/Back/Calves
Day 2: Cardio/Abs
Day 3: Wheels
Day 4: Cardio/Abs
Day 5: Shoulders/Arms/Calves
Day 6: Cardio/Random
Day 7: Off
This will switch up greatly throughout the 8 weeks.
The log will consist of Pictures, videos, and progress updates.

A lot of people have asked me what the IRON MULISHA is.

I have now transformed it into a Motorcycle Club here in my town. We ride, we lift, and we get work done...

You will absolutely love all 3 products!
The Icariin thats in Phenom caps works VERY well with Dominate V1 and the rest of the ingredients work extremely well with Phenom Amped powder.

I would just keep the protein intake high. Keep carbs moderate. Maybe cycle LOW every now and then to jump start things if your fat loss stalls. Just clean it up. Eggs, Oats in the morning. Chicken, Fish, Turkey and some red meat here and there. Carbs do potatos, yams, whole wheat pasta, rice and all the green veggies you can eat. Keep it simple. Protein shake post workout. Chix and rice after that. Pre workout I usually do tuna and a little bit of pasta. The cardio will take care of the rest.

That's pretty much what I'm going to do i believe. I thought about doing a carb cycle but I'm not going to go that far indepth..
just going to clean up the diet and do what you have said above. Keep my Carbs out of my first couple of meals.. Add my Fats along with it...
