I am finishing month 4 of recovery after acl replacement and meniscus repair on my left leg. I am noticing a significant increase in the grinding of a bone spur i have in my right knee( I am guessing its from babying my left knee so many years). Am I going to have to have surgery to fix this bone spur or does anyone know if I can continue lifting as long as the spur is causing no pain? Now obviously I am just looking for somethin who has gone through a similar situation. I understand that I will get the "you should see your doctor" response. But I am not scheduled to see him for another 3 weeks and it is for my left not my right leg. and I am not trying to schedule a separate appointment just for this question. Thanks for any help you may have!
