I have recently experimented with this and have increased my shoulder strength almost 50% ..... my personal best is 140kg

People that are lean and strong are few and far between and generally juiced to the gills - derek might gain 100 pounds and not gain any strength, and glen ross might lose the 200 pounds and lose all of his strength. It's not a discipline issue because Glen Ross actually used to be a competitive bodybuilder.... dieted down ripped etc. He just wants to maximize his strength and that might be the best way for him to maximize strength. Other ripped strong people do not prove he could be ripped and strong
