I currently weigh in @ 200lbs, I'm around 20% bf, just started training again after a broken hand, I will post what I ate today, hopefully you guys can help with my diet, bare in mind I'm living out of a hotel room so am limited to what I can cook

oatmeal, protein shake
10.00
5 whole eggs
13.00
portion of brown rice
tin of tuna
tblsp of Mayo
protein brownie
16.00
shake and some pasta
18.00
protein brownie
20.00
some hotel food, maybe a steak and a spud
before bed
cottage cheese or casein shake or similar
I'm hoping just to food my body nicely and hoping at 23 age us still on my side and I might be able to lean out a little while gaining strength and muscle,
