How can I gain weight, my target is 180, I'm 165 now...I want to hit my target, but not get fat, so what are some good foods to be eating for this?

Tunas, chicken breast, brown rice, milk, eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, etc. Mostly clean foods that doesn't contain much fat.

Eat a lot of it but in small doses, one meal every three hours is great. You should only eat until you are satisfied and you should NEVER be hungry. Also, make sure you don't eat more carbs than your burning or it will turn into fat. I usually only eat high carb foods in the morning or before a heavy workout.
