My triceps are seriously weak, i feel they limit my bench press. Im just curious what exercises have gotten the best result from everyone.
btw i cant do skullcrushers/french press- it hurts my elbows.

Personally seen my triceps grow very good over the past few months, I seriously have fallen in love with Standing skullcrushers and close second would be Tricep pulldown OR One arm pulldown
Overall I do the following tricep exercises:
- Tricep pulldown Rope
- One arm pulldown Rope
- Skullcrushers standing

no **** it hurts your elbows. man up and do it.
Seriously, its supposed to hurt. its not a medical condition or some stupid excuse everybody comes up with for substituing exercises. Just do it. Skullcrushers and tricep pushdowns / extensions are key exercises for developing good triceps. and either way your elbow is going to have the stress of the weight no matter what tricep exercise you're doing.
