    Lifting weights question

Sometimes when i do little workout and go back to lifting weights with my hand, feels like my elbow(where it bends) bone will snap. Is this normal or am I just lifting too much? When I lift weights up you can see the bone kinda push out but i'm scared its going to brake or something?

I have the same problem. I broke my elbow when i was younger and when i bench i can just feel when its going to pop. It doesn't hurt its just unconformable for a few seconds. I wouldn't push to hard but i wouldn't really worry to much about it.
