    Recovery Week eating

    Hey Im takin a week off, just finished a 4 week strength program after an earlier 6 weeks hypertrophy, and I was wondering how i should adjust my diet? I think its obvious that I need less calories but I was wondering to what extent? I'm still going to remain active during this week and partake in atleast 1 hour of medium intensity cardio or sport once a day from monday to friday.

    idk maybey cut caloires by 500 hunderd or something if ur that concerned. imo if ur tryin to bulk up i'd just keep em the same.

    I think you should keep it the same esp your bulking and will still do sports then there's no reason not to maintain it except you're eating really high cals now.
