Hey Im takin a week off, just finished a 4 week strength program after an earlier 6 weeks hypertrophy, and I was wondering how i should adjust my diet? I think its obvious that I need less calories but I was wondering to what extent? I'm still going to remain active during this week and partake in atleast 1 hour of medium intensity cardio or sport once a day from monday to friday.

I think you should keep it the same esp your bulking and will still do sports then there's no reason not to maintain it except you're eating really high cals now.
