    brown rice vs. oatmeal

Hey guys about to start a 1 year bulk and I have a quick question. I hate oatmeal with passion. But I can eat rice all day so I was wondering can brown rice be a good replacement for oatmeal for breakfast?

Very few foods are irreplaceable. I don't eat oatmeal or brown rice and I'm still alive and healthy

Really no difference as both are grains and are similar in terms of nutrition. Go for it!

There both complex carbs so I don't see why you couldn't switch one out for the other. Did you ever try cream of wheat? not the sugary packets but the one that comes in the box plain. I eat that over oatmeal because rolled oats were giving me the bloats bad. Since switching over I haven't had any bloating and the taste is a bit better than rolled oats.
