ive been lifting weights for a few months and when i started, i could barely do 3 reps of 55 on the bicep curl machine. i dont use the machine though, i use 15 lb dumbbells. 4 months of doing 4 sets and 13 reps of slow bicep curls. i still cant use the 20 lb dumbbells but my machine curl went up to 6 reps of 100. is this normal?
and btw i do full body workout
