    Pink Magic: Hmm well this workout was pretty intense...

    Pump: First time I noticed this.....my biceps were going to explode today! Not sure what caused it but man I felt like my biceps were begging to be beat to sh*t. Unfortunately, after that, I feel like my biceps held me back on every workout except lower back extensions.

    Vascularity keeps making itself more prominent every workout. Pretty cool and blue looking stuff I have in my body lol.

    Body Recomp: I have a feeling I am going to like the before and afters. Im a little worried day 6 pictures have TERRIBLE lighting...... but Ill try and take day 30 pictures in a better lighting, so results are more noticeable.


    All I have to report so far..... blood test for total test will be done day 28-30. I have high hopes that my 380 will turn into a 600+..... maybe a 700 depending on how my diet is. Although I am hoping this lack of sleep doesn't affect it too much

    Here is something to note:

    Yesterday was my first time taking all 3 doses before I go to the gym(which I leave for at 8:30-10:30PM). I usually take my last dose of Pink Magic at 12:00-1:00 AM.

    Anyway it was my best night of sleep within the last 2 weeks as far as I can remember. I am thinking Pink Magic may have a stim effect. I will experiment with this next week doing 3-pre / 2-pre 1-post every other day and nothing differences in sleep.

    Tonight will be last dose of Pink Magic for week 3! Tonight is shoulders, looking forward to it!

    Sleep was pretty good.... put a fan in my room, took some melatonin and ZMA, so I am sure those had to help contribute to the great quality of my sleep last night

    So from now on my sleeping arsenal will include melatonin + ZMA

    How Important is dosing Pink Magic with food? Could I dose it with a tiny snack or with my pre-wo or just whenever is convenient? I try to take them with decently sized meals which often means my last dose goes with dinner which is after my workout.

    Day 23

    Today was day 1 of week 4

    For the last week, I am just going to go over highlights of the workout, as to not bloat the last week so it might be easier to see differences

    Chest and Triceps
    BB Bench Press:
    205*4 --equal to PR, but that was pretty impressive cause last time I did BB bench was 3 weeks ago.... it felt awkward--

    Incline DB Bench @ 30 deg
    60*14 --PR, also pretty cool that I did that after a maxout set on BB bench--

    Incline DB flies @ 15 deg
    40*10 --PR, first time doing flies at 40 lbs, wanted to keep them clean form, 45 and 50 are doable, but it almost becomes a DB bench--

    Tricep Pulldown:
    100 *10 --Was able to do 2 sets of 8+--

    Pink Magic: What I noticed is that endurance is increasing.... oh and my forearms looked freakishly veiny today..... I have been commenting on vascularity, but today was by far the biggest advancement in vascularity... cant wait to see how the week goes... very cool! lol

    Tonight is legs... I have seen the most improvement in weight and reps in all leg exercises, hopefully today is no different

    Anyway got my total AND free test checked today around 9:20 AM. Results will be in tomorrow, pretty excited

    Pink Magic: I don't really know how to word this... but it is making my body proportional? My legs are progessing faster then my other body parts... leg extensions have gone up around 60 pounds last month... leg curls have gone up in lbs and reps, and calf raisers are also going up.

    Got a comment from old friend from high school "you doing roids, you got stretch marks all over your arms?". Felt good, also just getting a lot of overall staring at the gym.... even though I am far from the biggest, I have a well propotioned body (big traps/biceps/arms/back all relative to my weight... things most guys are in the gym for... but it should be noted I go to lifetime.... so a lot of guys there buy muscletech and work chest/biceps only lol)

    Pink Magic: I am never getting sore after 2 days.... its really hard to believe.... I used to be sore after Chest workouts for at least 3 days, and I know I am training harder now, cause I know I can.

    Offtopic rage - First anger problem came today(was waiting for the test boost to awaken)! Was driving to Taco Bell after the gym to order some good carbs/protein via frescro chicken burritos. Anyway I have my windows down just relaxing, having some wind cool me down while I drive, I have my music kinda loud....and its As I lay dying.... (death metal). Well like a group of 3-5 kids(think they were HS seniors who just graduated) are sitting on some SUV and as I drive by to get to the drive through, I see one douche start banging his head to mock my music.... oh man, I was not happy, lol.

    Now, it must be said, usually I would just ignore it and leave it alone, because it honestly its not worth the confrontation or time, I would just hurry up and get my food, but today was different!

    Now I don't think he realized how big I was... prolly thought I would be some scrawny emo kid or something, I really dont think this kid was that stupid to mock someone who had 40 pounds of Lean muscle mass on him... or any of his friends.

    I parked the car right there, got out and asked him "Do you want the f*cking **** beat out of you?". Things were probably clicking in his head at this point, and all of them sat on top of the SUV, completely silent. So I got back in my car, and got my food lol

    Oh man, it felt sooooooo good.

    Back & Guns
    Barbell Curls:
    105*7 +3 on Reps! YES!

    Unfortunately my lower back wasn't feeling so hot on deadlifts.... and also caused my back to complain all workout, so I was limited to mostly biceps which were spent after BB curls...

    But who cares, Almost did a 100% increase on reps.... I couldnt even do one rep of 95 four weeks ago..... wow

    Pink Magic: I looked at day 6 pictures, and I think I have come a long way. I'll let everyone else be the judge of that. Recovery is still awesome. Don't want to spoil too much, leaving some stuff to be commented on in final review

    I have like 2-6 pills left, so Ill just dose them tomorrow even though its supposed to be an off day.

    From there, I will wait a week until the final review, so I can see what I notice after I stop taking it. I'm obviously used to being on it, so the effects have become standard. Also I feel you always notice the effectiveness after you stop taking it rather then when you initially start. Also I feel Pink Magic is something that got better as the run went on.

    Everything else was more or less the same

    Pink Magic: well.... it eventually had to come to and end...Tomorrow is Day 30 and pictures will be taken. I effectively did 4 of every workout except shoulders. I usually hit those once every two cycles, but ended up doing 3 in 4.

    Pictures will be posted tomorrow/tuesday and the final review with personal records being beaten by how much weight/reps will come in 5-10 days as I gauge the Pink Magic leave my system.


    Would definitely like to say thanks to USPLabs for choosing me to be able to use their product free w/ no other obligations then a review! I think I went above and beyond by doing this log and getting my test levels checked(very happy).

    Thanks man, yeah it was a little lonely, but this section does move around very fast and it got bumped off page one usually within 1-2 hours. I still have not gotten pictures.... sister stole the SD card for her commencement and she is MIA.

    I definitely noticed the lack of Pink Magic in the gym tonight for the first time..... and that will be explained in the review
