BSN Cellmass NT question and looking for reviews and/or comments

i just bought cell mass nt and im gonna start taking it in less than a week. i still have some original cell mass im trying to run through first. anyways, the old cell mass ive been taking for a month and has been ok so far. ive seen some gains all around, wieghtlifting and body weight. now i wanna try this new cellmass and see how it works, but ive been looking for reviews on it and i cant find anything on here. now i know its only been out for a little bit and i know there is alot of bsn haters on here. but the thing im trying to figure out is about dosages for this new cellmass nt. it recommends you take 2 servings a day, but is it really neccesary? this new cellmass is more potent and therefore im kind of wondering. ive been taking 2 scoops aday of the old version (1 midday and other after workout). and just for yalls info i weigh 141, yeah i know skinny, but ive come a long way in a year. working out on and off.started with me weighing 119 lbs and benching 120 to wieghing 141 now and benching 205. so basically my questions are , will it do me any harm to ake 2 servings a day of cellmass nt , or would it be best to take 1 serving a day after my workout? would i benefit more take 2 servings a day or is 1 serving enough to see better results than the old cell mass formula?giving the ingredients difference in the both formulas since cell mass nt is more potent. thanks everybody.

I've been using it for the past week, got 10 samples at a fitness expo here in sydney. I like it, the taste is a bit strong. It mixes very well. Noticed my strength is getting a lil better.

Overpriced for what it is. The NT is better than the original... but still not worth the money imo.

Creatine Monohydrate costs $10-12 for 500g which is 100+ servings at 5g/day. Stick with that until you know more about supps as it's proven to work in study after study.

sam - did you take the 2 stick packs a day?

shadar - thakns for the advice, ive heard of that before. but would nt be superior than just taking monohydrate? as nt has more along with it, beta alanine, insulin spike, aminos , electrolytes, etc..???

since no one is posting about cellmass nt i guess i will.

today i started cellmass nt. forst thing i gotta say is wow about the taste. mixed with 6-7 oz of water its a strong strong flavor. i mean it dont bother me but it might someother ppl out there. i got the artic berry flavor. mixibility i find to be better than the old cell mass. other than that thats all i can say so far, but i will keep posting. oh and by the way since i just finsished my old cellmass (orginal formula) the other day i decided to max on bench today. went up 10lbs.!! so hopefully since i got good results from the old formula i hope this better nt works twice as good.

I liked the old cell-mass. Haven't tried out new one. Yea it is kinda pricey but I like the flavoring and the results. You can make it cheaper on your own I know.

some other things i want to add about cellmass nt are that ive noticed its easier to mix. at least for me. another thing that really stands out is that the beta-alanine is more noticeable. every time i take NT my skin tingles. but mainly my arms is where i notice it. the old cellmass never made my skin tingle. other than those things thats pretty much all i can add at this time.

    another update:

one of the big complaints about ppl take the old cell mass was that they got the runs, and i did to on occasions. but with this new cellmass nt, that problem is gone.

just thought i would let yall know.

I'm new to this whole body-building thing. I recently purchased CellMass NT and just started mixing 1 full stick with 8 ounces of water after I workout. If I continue you this every day will I see results? 1 stick is about 21 grams, which I figure to be a decent amount. With that said, is it necessary to have a "maintenance" or "cooling off" period after the first week?

good choice but maybe a little much for since your new to all this. always remember this, just because your taking supplements doesnt mean your gonna get results. it all depends on how your workout ethic is, how commited you are and just mainly your attitude. i highly recommend you do alot of reasearch on supps. and what they do.

i just finished my first box of nt, i would say its ok. i only took it for 15 days. maybe gained a pound from it, and maybe went up 5-10 lbs on bench. i havent maxed out yet. but i went back to the old cellmass. reason being because cellmass nt is just too damn expensive. not worth it to me when i got the same results from the old cell mass. i took 2 packs on workout days and 1 pack on off days.

but anyways, yes depending on how often you work out, it is a must to rest. if you do not wish to have a complete day off of doin nothing, research "de-loading". you get you gains from giving your muscles rest.

as for your first week, dont push your self, take time to find a routine for youself and get familiar with bodybuilding or what to do when. lift light and just find out where you stand. after you r first week youll see where you stand, then just move your reps up or just a little heavier wieght and lower reps. do some research on whatver questions you have. im pretty sure every question you have has already been asked, answered and researched on here.

Thanks for taking time out and answering my questions man. Right now my routine is:
Day 1- Triceps (close grip bench, skull crushes, seated french press, and 2 arm seated dumbbell extensions) and Chest (incline bench press, dumbbell flat press, and dumbbell flys)
Day 2- Back (bent over barbell rows, t-bar rows, one arm dumbbell rows) and Biceps (curls, concentration curls, dips, and preacher curls)
Day 3- Back (squats, leg extensions, and calf raises) and Shoulders (front dumbbell raises, seated dumbbell presses, seated military presses, and side lateral raises)

After reach workout I mix a stick of cellmass nt with 8 ounces of water. What do u think, will this be effective?

for your info, ( thats if you are talking bout me) ive been in the bodybuilding game for almost 2 yrs. i have gotten on here and have what most newbs dont do and that is research. reason i ask and and not necessarily support but give good reviews about nt is because i have been a firm believer in creatine and have tried many pills and mixes just to see what works for me. and cell mass has been a good one. i heard about nt and had questions, searched for it and found nothing so decided to start my own thread. as a "user" to bb.com i am a newb. but as a follower, lets just say ive done my fair share of researching on different products and what things do what. i simply want to know as much as i can about mixes, ingredients, excercises and advice as i can. i want to be as educated as possible.

as for you i cant say that your routine is good or not. everyone responds different to a routine and what they are taking. just keep at it and see how you feel. if you feel like your not accelling change it up. keep your muscles guessing. personally for me i tend to cram all things into one day and just lift for 5-6 days at a time. i never do the same routine twice. its just what im really feeling to do that day. and so far my results will say alot for myself. gained lots of muscles and wieght and power. very satisfied.

ok so i maxed today on bench, and i went up 15lbs!! so now im at 220. i dont know if it was the 15 days of cellmass nt i took. when i started my first dose of cellmass nt i also lifted 15-20 lbs heavier on everyting i do. so not sure if that had a factor in it. all i know is that nt did some good.
