    Fat burner question

    okay. i have a friend, who is a female, late 30's, who wants to lose fat. she does cardio a lot, but not much of working out other than cardio. should she take a fat burner, or metabolism booster? and what are some good ones?

    How's her diet? Why doesn't she weight train?

    You can really help her out by pointing her to this site, so that she can read the information she needs before she goes to any unecessary supplements.

    You can't out train, out cardio or out supp the wrong diet.

    Get the diet in check, get on a solid weight training program and cut back on the cardio. If she can add more muscle to her frame, along with the right diet, she'll have an easier time losing fat.
