you got the skin tone good one that one, the Bond one i did, came out kinda weird,was using the color replacemnt tool and just couldnt get it right although it usually works.

if you can't get it right adjusting hue/saturation then color balance, try this:

duplicate the original layer and place it overtop of your cutout so you have..

3.background copy
2.cutout
1.background.

set the blend mode of layer 3 to color. use the clone stamp tool on this layer to fill in any color gaps.
you can also use a fill layer for 3 and set the blend mode to color or hue. fill it with the color you want (blue from your example) and use the burn/dodge tool to fine tune.

play around with the combinations until you get a good match up.
