    flexing abs while sitting down

    Im a college student and sitting down a lot. If I start flexing and holding my abs while sitting down or driving will this help bring them out?

    I'd say no, just on the basis you can't get huge biceps just by tensing them either.
    Doing some stomache vaccumes can't hurt though.
