Whenever I do ab workouts it feels like my abs are going to fall out and it hurts.
I haven't been training my abs the past few months and now whenever I do an ab workout and I flex it feels like my abs are going to fall down or something and it hurts so badly for like 20 seconds to 1 minute.
I used to be able to do like 300 crunches in a row.
What is this?
Oh I also want to mention that I MIGHT have a back hernia. I have an appointment with the physical therapist next week Thursday.
