Cardio fluctiations, do I adjust calories?

Hello all, I'm a longtime lurker but I'm on a bulk plan right now but I need some advice.

I'm lifting at 6pm for 40 minutes, Mon - Friday. I also dance 2-3 hours everyday(hip hop, jazz, modern). My question is this. I dance different amounts on each day.

    Mon - 2-3 hours
    Tuesday - 2 hours
    Wednesday - 3 hours
    Thursday - 1 hour
    Friday - 1 hour

Should I adjust my calories each day? Or should I just consume the same amount. Right now I'm using the average of 2 hours a day in my diet computations. If I adjust my calories everyday it's a pain in the ass, but if it's what I need to do I guess I'll do it.

On weekends I'm lowering the calories since I don't do dancing on the weekends right now.

If your on a bulk phase then i would suggest that you don't lower the cals on weekends as they are your rest days and are important for muscle recovery.

Wat are ur current stats, weight? Height? Diet plan?

    5'8, 155. At 24% Bodyfat.

My diet Mon-Friday is as follows:

    6:00 - Banana, Protein Shake(1 scoop),

    7:20 – 3 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg
    1 Cup Oatmeal
    2 Plum Tomatoes
    Fish Oil
    1 Multivitamin

    10:00 –
    4 oz Chicken Breast
    1 slice of Wheat Bread
    2 Plum Tomatoes
    1/2 Avocado

    12:00 – 6 oz Salmon
    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 Cup of Pasta

    2:00 - –
    4 oz Chicken Breast
    1 slice of Wheat Bread
    2 Plum Tomatoes
    1/2 Avocado
    1 Apple

4:00 – 1 Boiled Eggs, Bag of Carrots, 1 ounce Almonds, Banana

    8-9:00 - 6 oz. Salmon
    1 cup of Pasta
    1 cup of Broccoli

11:00 - 1 cup of Oats, Protein Shake(1 scoop), 2 scoops Peanut Butter

    Carbs: 377 grams - 41%
    Fat - 117 grams - 29%
    Protein 273 grams - 31%
    Total calories : 3,544
    Burned calories: 3,346

On weekends, I don't do any dancing or lifting. I lower my calorie intake to 3,175. Should I really eat the same everyday and on weekends? The extra calories won't go to fat?
