Well should I continue cutting? I would like to be really lean this summer, but I'm starting to think that I might benefit more if I started to slowly clean bulk as I have already been cutting for almost 3 months now. Here are some pics. Any ideas on where my bf% is? Would I be able to say pretty lean this summer if I were to put on around 0.5lbs a week in a clean bulk?
