So you can go back in my threads and see me turn to atheism if you wish, but I recently turned back into a reborn Christian. I thought turning atheist felt so good, so liberating. But before I left, I gave god a challenge to prove himself to me. Yes I know Im not supposed to tempt the lord, but I was denouncing my faith so I figured "why not"? Anyway, less than a year later he has proven himself to me. Feels good to know he actually exists man.

arguing with a socialist is like arguing with a religious zealot. it's what comes from having a more feminine, emotional mind, rather than a masculine rational mind IMO.

1. I always love the burden of proof needed by believers for God to exist, as unscientific as you can get.
2. I love the way many believers here flip flop back & forth from theist to atheist. The evidence- or lack of for God does not change & never has, so either you look at that evidence & say he does not exist, or you ignore it & say he does. There is no need to keep changing your minds like you would change your socks.Who gets the job of pushing the knob?

I don't see how people can actually believe their prayers work when things like this happen all the time.
Kampala - The Ugandan army on Sunday accused Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels of hacking to death 45 people in a church in northeastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
An aid official confirmed Friday's massacre, saying the killings took place in a Catholic church in the Doruma area, around 40 kilometres from the Sudanese border.
"We got information the rebels cut 45 people into pieces," army spokesperson Captain Chris Magezi said.
"They were cut with pangas (machetes) and hit with clubs but some luckily managed to escape. Our forces came to know about the killings while pursuing the LRA on Saturday and the pursuit is on for the killers," he added.

Our Arnold, whose arms are heavy,
Vascular be thy veins
Nine sets of lunges, ten reps be done,
To add girth as it is to strengthen.
Give us this day our daily protein, and forgive us of our fats,
As we forgive those who are fat too.
And lead us not into overtraining, nor deliver us pizzas,
For thou art the king of the dumbell, the power clean, and the steroids forever,
