Arching
Really? Is there anything wrong with arching? People always say "You can't do that in a powerlifting competition" And I argue back with them that yes you can because there's a difference between arching and bouncing. BUT Idk it just pisses me off so I was jw Am I right or the 10 people who argue with me all the time about this?

I don't really feel like there is anything wrong with it. If anything I feel like it helps me focus on my pecs more by making them stick farther out.

if your talking about benching arching youre suppose to arch your back as long as your ass is on the bench
