Hi there, I was just wondering how much syntha 6 i should take daily.
I eat alot of protein (meats) and drink milk daily.
My goal is not to get bulky, but to just about 5-10pd of lean mass for martial arts.
I am currently 180pds...but eventually i will cut down to 175 near the end of june, and eventually 170 by august.
I am just scared that if i take too much protein scoops, my body wont use all of it (& the calories) and that it will just turn into fat.
