Not just 255lbs or 265lbs..but...

275lbs baby!!!...last week I did 255lbs and said I was gonna try and get 265lbs this week on incline bench...WELL...I said screw that. After I did the set of 265lbs I threw on another 10lbs and GOT IT!!!...I even yelled and had a good time. 300lbs incline...here I come.

I go into benching like I do say...running a race...I have it in my mind "my stubborn mind" that IM GOING TO DO IT..Its that simple. Well,within reason that is. I simply cant fail. For one.. im at home alone and will not die from weights falling on me... 2 ..like I said, im stubborn...3...if I did it once I WILL do it again.

I just make sure to get set on the bench...get my shoulder blades set...get my body completely tight...make sure I have the "moment" and go for it. Thats about all I can say for it...Im no pro but thats how I approach it.
