just started bulking
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 banana
Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 1 banana, 1.5 cups skim milk
Meal 3: 6 oz. chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mushrooms, 24 almonds
Post-workout: 1 scoop whey protein, 7g. glutamine
Meal 4: 5 oz. salmon, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup mushroom, 1 cup pineapple
Meal 5: 2 tablespoons peanut butter, greek yogurt
