    rate my nutrition plan?

    5'10 bw: 145
    just started bulking

    Meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 banana
    Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 1 banana, 1.5 cups skim milk
    Meal 3: 6 oz. chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mushrooms, 24 almonds
    Post-workout: 1 scoop whey protein, 7g. glutamine
    Meal 4: 5 oz. salmon, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup mushroom, 1 cup pineapple
    Meal 5: 2 tablespoons peanut butter, greek yogurt

    I think you should lift hard and bulk at about 6000-7000 calories for maximum muscle gain

    At 145 bw 6k cals seems like alot
    I was aiming more for 3k

    I have a naturally slow metabolism just afraid at 6k cals that I'll pack on fat

    You really don't have to eat so cleanly and follow that strict of a diet, unless you genuinely enjoy it then go for it.
