I have seen tonnes of threads about cutting and leaning out or just about generally eating clean. I use to use a lot of vinegar - for marinates, salad dressings etc. Now I only use red wine or white wine vinegars, since they are virtually calorie free, and I wanted to point out to people to watch out for tha balsamics (traditional, white, flavored balsamics - all). I got a bottle recently with nutritional info (normally they never have it on balsamic vinegar) and it said it was 35% carbs, of which all is sugars! I asked a few shops and merchants to confirm and they did. So, even if you are using a little bit, like a tablespoon, in a salad, that's still nearly 5g of sugar - which having salads 3-4 times a day or marinating meat even more, can add up quite quickly!
