    cardio idea for the disabled.

    i really need to do cardio, but i got in a lil scuffle last night and my left knee is out of commission.

    what can i do for cardio? i dont know wtf is wrong with my knee, i doubt its anything really serious but i can walk but not normally and its swollen as shiet.

    there is a machine at my gym where you turn these arm cranks and i've seen wheel chair people use it lol
