Its all personal preference of course, but I go crazy for thinner fit woman. Woman who lift and stay fit are sexy sexy sexy! Jamie Eason is a perfect example of course!
Eat right, exercise, lift weights, get 8 hours of sleep.

The first woman that the OP posted is too skinny. I don't like seeing a woman's rib cage. Jessica Alba is close to or at the top of my list for body type.

OP, I really believe that you have to find YOUR perfect place. There really is no way to change your body to match someone elses. If you admire the leanness of another girls abs or her bigger bum....then think of your physique but with those changes integrated into the way you look.
All these guys are posting their ideals and there are ALOT of different opinions on perfection. And, lets face it...if we all looked alike, anyway, it would be a pretty boring place.
I love my own physique and just continue to take the places I consider to be weaknesses and improve upon those. I don't idealize any other women's physiques. I definitely don't hate....if I see another woman I admire I will be the first to say dayummmmm!I love Anthony Scott
