Hey I am around 5'8 and I was wondering what would be a good size for me? I am currently 177ish and was thinking about getting up to 205 or possibly 210. If anybody is around 5'8/5'9 could post pictures if they are between 200-210...to help me see how i could maybe look if I got to that size...thanks

Ok do you want to Bulk up or Cut
If you Cut you could tone everything you already have, and if you wanna bulk up you could gain weight and muscle, but to tell you something and this may be a little rude but since your 5'8'' you will look how can i say this weird if you bulk up, trust me one of y friends is exactly you height and he is oddly shaped
In my opinion you should cut and tone your body you already have
Try cardio and Crossfit

This is too general, and does not account for the thousands of factors that determine body shapes.
Im 5'9", and @ 163 i looked skinny (bad). @ 194 i looked a little fat. @ 185 i have muscle tone, but could do a lot of work.
I worked with a guy, same height as me, but way different body shape. @ 200, he looked like a tank, like he could bench 350. @ 175 he looked sick (sickly sick, now awesome sicK),
These are bad examples, but my point is that you will have to play it by ear or find someone with damn near the same body dimensions as your self and see what they look like @ XX% bf and XXX lbs.

I am 21, 5'8 and 153. I will have a new progress pic up tomorrow. I have a small bone structure and would like to be bigger, perhaps 160-165/170. I have naturally skinny limbs and a bigger core. I would assume if you are 200-210 and proportional you would look fine at that size. How cut do you want to be?
