    Finally have some time to post!

    MY GOAL: To be honest, not too sure. I cant be trying to get all Arnold looking due to my job, but definitely trying to gain as much size/definition as possible, more size/power on my chicken legs, and definitely just overall better performance in the gym.

    First day felt good.

    Day 1: Legs and Shoulders

    size on- 1 serving intra workout.
    anavite- 3 lunch (pre workout meal) 3 dinner

    squatted 145 repeatedly until failure for 3 sets. pushed out nice reps.
    leg presses - 4 sets
    calm raises - 4 sets
    40 yards sprints - 10

    dumbbell shoulder presses - 5 sets
    barbell military press - 3 sets
    front raises- 3 sets
    side raises - 3 sets

    no time for the gym, so had a rest day. needed it, legs were dead! Recovery was better tho, not sure if it was placebo, but... recovery definitely not as horrible as past times.

    Really liking this Sizeon for my recovery... I was surprised my chest wasnt hurting this morning.

    Also, starting tomorrow I might do half a scoop intra and half post. Grape is REALLY strong and its staining my bottles??

    morning workout. anavite w/ pre workout meal (3) and 3 with dinner

    legs/shoulders

    -shoulder dumbbell presses, 4 sets
    -lots of various shoulder workouts w/ cables, not sure about names (sorry ). Shoulder's been giving me problems and using cable machines has been helping. front raises w/ cables, side raises, etc. all 8-12 rep range until failure.


    squats- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    leg presses- 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    calf presses- 5 sets of failure (10-15 reps)
    20 yard lunges w/ 30 pounds weights, back and forth.

    honestly, didnt feel good at all today. not due to product, but just felt like straight shhit the whole day. was gonna do chest/tris, but wasnt motivated. gonna hit tris/shoulders tomorrow

    deadlifts - 185lbs until failure for each set, 3 sets (I've had horrible form with deadlifts for a while, and my lower back's been hurting prior. Gonna try to get my form/routine in better and then gonna start hitting deadlifts harder/more frequently)

    bent over DB rows - 3 sets. 6-8 reps

    curls (curl bar) - 4 sets, 8-10 reps

    hammer curls- 4 sets, 10-12 reps

    pull ups (palms in) 3 sets of failure.

    weight on legs definitely increased. I was doing more weight on leg press with noticeable ease.

    squats 4 sets (3 sets of 145 until failure [15-20+] and 4th set, 5 reps of 185 going down slow)
    leg presses 3 sets
    calve raises 4 sets
    body squats until failure 5 sets

    shoulder presses
    front shoulder raises
    side raises

    Well bad news... had a pft during the last week of May and hurt my knee, which kept me from doing leg work (fine no biggy, i can still do upper body...)

    ..... well there goes that idea, the next day after my knee, my elbow gave in to the "tendonitis"/loose tendons in my elbow. Doctor on base said dont lift, so im out for a couple more weeks.

    Annoys the **** out of me because Sizeon was actually working for my legs. boxers/briefs are tight as ever and i even needed to buy new ones. Lifts went significantly up too.

    I will contact a Gaspari rep about this situation later today since I still have about half a tub left. Gotta head to work now.

    Bottom line is..... SizeOn=LEGIT.
