    Ground flax seed in shakes?

    Just tried putting peanut butter in my shake to get some fat in but it was a disaster lol. My friend uses ground flax seed in his shakes. Is this a good substitution?

    If you use peanut butter, you should blend it. Stirring it takes muscle and a little patience but it will break down eventually. Mix whey firast before adding. Flax seeds are fine. I use flaxseed powder or coconut oil in evry breakfast shake.

    Hulled hemp seeds are tastier in my opinion and have a great nutritional profile

    Ok bros so decided to get milled flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries instead of just milled flax seeds. It says have two dessert spoons a day but ill just have one for now to make it last longer.
