Anyone cooks chicken and then measure it?
I want to prepare meals worth of 4 days, but measuring and then cooking is just hard. I just boil chicken, prefer it over grilled most of the time, so how the heck am I gonna be able to boil them separately? would prefer cooking then measuring.

I buy Wegmans club pack boneless chicken breasts. It has the (pre-cooked) weight of the whole pack on the front. From that, you can look up the macros in the whole pack and divide by the number of breasts in the pack (usually 9 or 10) to get the average macros for a single breast in the pack. Then I cook the whole pack (I usually bake it, but that's irrelelvant), refrigerate it, and eat portions of either a whole breast or a half beast in whatever I am making and use the average macros for the pack. It makes things a lot easier to calculate than weighing every portion. Even if every portion is not exact, I am the only one eating the chicken (wife is a vegetarian), so I know it will average out over the whole pack.
