What do you feel are the three most important exercises after the Big Three?

After the Squat, Deadlift, and Bench, what do you think are the three most important exercises? Explain if you want.

I'd have to go with (in no particular order)

    1. Overhead Press (standing)-excellent for shoulder development and the core
    2. Barbell Row-the critical upper back exercise IMO
    3. Weighted Pullups. Was a tie between this and Weighted Dips, but I have to go with this. I believe that the back is the most important area of the body to develop (as a sufferer of spinal problems I guess I'm biased) and I feel these do the job well. Plus, they work the arms very hard and can be used for forearm training if you hold on to a towel.

i would honestly have to say that after the big 3, in no particular order:

    incline press
    flyes
    dips decline press
    db shoulder press
    bb shoulder press
    front raises
    lateral raises
    bent over flyes
    lunges
    goblet squats
    leg curls
    leg extensions
    calf raises
    shrugs
    bb rows
    db rows
    pullups
    pulldowns

just a few i regulerly use
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

After considering squat, deadlift, and bench press I would then pick

front squat, bbell row, and an overhead shoulder press

For me it's Clean & Press, Pull Ups, Dips. Those are pretty much the only exercises I do along with the Big 3.

Hmmm, since I don't think the standard big 3 are the most important (mainly just flat bench), and then I have to pick 3 after:

    squat
    deadlift
    pull up
Machine t-bar row or hammer strength row machine (really a row that is supported)
    Incline BB Bench
    Lateral raise

Pullup (wide grip and underhand), military press, crunches...all six will round you out pretty well, adding weights in if necessary on the pullups
