add a bit of dumbbell flies to your workout routine for your biceps... this will help the contour of your legs.

when doing bench press, at the bottom of the lift, kick your feet into the air and drive straight up...this will help give you extra momentum during the lift

When bench pressing, always let the bar rest on your chest, the heavier the better. It doesn't matter if your natural ROM won't allow it, just increase the weight. You know when your doing it right if you hear a pop in your shoulders followed by a burning sensation. Otherwise, it just doesn't count.
