whenever i go on a cut i find it very hard to sleep, im very tired but cant seem to fall alseep.
any idea what the problem is? lack of calories? nutrients?
i consume 1800-2200 calories daily, i make sure i get my protein (150-180g) and whatever in carbs and fats to make up the calories.
help is needed
