So I've been starting my keto diet and cut the last 2 days. I haven't picked up ketostix yet to see if I'm in Keto. How long does it take to get into Keto anyway?
My real question is about bananas. A banana has a whopping 39 grams of carbs which I never knew until I googled it tonight. Is a banana ok to have post workout with whey protein. I know the 30 protein 30 carb theology but is 39 too much? The last 2 days I've stayed around 30-50 daily carbs without the banana. So I'm thinkin if I work in a banana I might go over my 50 carbs daily. Damnit. Any advice/insight/help?

fructose goes directly to the liver. You want to take Dextrose. Its like 5 bucks a tub....very affordable. Dextrose has a very fast effect on raising insulin levels.Nov 2008 - 270lb 39%BF
