Goals: To Fight sometime inbetween my 18th and 19th birthday and to get my 5rm max for squats 300+ and Deadlifts 350+
Experience: 1year muay thai, 3 months BJJ same goes for wrestling/judo.
Current 5rm
Bench 155
DL 275
Squat 245.
Training schedule
Monday
Bill stars 5x5 11am
1hr BJJ{6-9pm}
1hr Wrestling
Tuesday
2hrs MT
10 rnds sparring
1hr rolling
Wendsday
Same as monday
Thursday
Same as tuesday
Friday
1-2Hrs bjj
or day
off
Saturday
2hrs bjj
Sunday
1hr BJJ
1hr MT
10 rounds sparring
This seems like alot but i have slowly made the transition into this from training 3x a week and lifting 3x a week. I try to take 1 day off or try not to push my self on one of the days.
Any criticism/ advice will be appreciated. I dont know how often ill update this either
