1st of all there is no liqour or whores involved.

Experience: 1year muay thai, 3 months BJJ same goes for wrestling/judo.

This seems like alot but i have slowly made the transition into this from training 3x a week and lifting 3x a week. I try to take 1 day off or try not to push my self on one of the days.
Any criticism/ advice will be appreciated. I dont know how often ill update this either
