    dog i wuldnt fret so much bout missing 2 weeks. i have actually read that taking a week off from all physical activity and focusing solely on your diet every once in a while is a good thing. 2 weeks is a little longer than you need to recover but if you focus on your diet and get right back into it as soon as you can then you really have nothing to worry about as it wont hinder you results too much.

    Yeah i know bro, its just a total bitch when like all my lifts were shooting up :/ also not knowing when the groin is gonna be completely healed seriously sucks cause its still niggling away down there. And really dont wanna train on it and put it outta action for good longer. But thanks bro.
