Best place to buy Protein Powder (UK)?

Hey, does anyone from the UK know where I could purchase Protein Powder safely online (so can use my details to order on the website) and is cheapest?

I bought my first at 900g of Maximuscle Promax, but am looking to buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein (preferably Strawberry) at 2270g. I bought the first product off of Amazon but the ON Protein is £48, so I was wondering if anyone bought theirs safely off the internet that would be cheaper?

Thanks, and apologies if this question has been answered but I'm rushing to catch the bus to go off to the gym! So that I can check if I get any answers when I get back.

    Thanks again!
    Sam.

    Oh, okay.
    Thanks!

Don't suppose you, or anyone else knows of particular whey protein powders that will be cheap and of high purity and good taste (so yeah, basically best recommendation)?

Would I be a fool to pay £48 for a 2.3kg tub of ON 100% Gold Standard Whey?

    Thanks again.

Reflex Nutrition is a decent brand, similar to ON but a UK based company and runs at about £30 for 2.3kg (5lb).

There are a few others cheaper brands (or even unflavoured bulk whey) but they can be hit or miss so I wouldn't necessarily recommend them to a newcomer.

EDIT: where the f- are you finding ON for £48?? I'm struggling to find it anywhere near that expensive.

    It's on amazon.co.uk. Strawberry flavour 2270g.
    Found one for £39.99.

Found Reflex Instant Whey for £30.44.

    Would you recommend:

    Reflex Instant Whey for £30.44?

    Container Size: 2270g
    Serving Size: 2 scoops (25g)
    Servings Per Container: 90

    Amount Per Serving:
    Total Calories: 93
    Protein: 19.5g
    Total Carbohydrates: 0.9g
    Fat: 1.3g
    Sodium: 55mg
    Potassium: 243mg
    Digezyme: 40mg
    Lactospore: 50m/spores

    Or

    Container Size: 2273g
    Serving Size: 1 scoop (29.4g)
    Servings Per Container: 77

    Amount Per Serving:
    Total Calories: 120
    Protein: 24g
    Total Carbohydrates: 3g
    -Sugars: 1g
    Fat: 1g
    -Saturates: 0.5g
    Cholesterol: 30mg
    Sodium: 60mg
    Enzyme Blend
    Aminogen
Lactase (standardized to 100,000 FCC units/g)

I'm thinking the ON one. As Reflex is 2 scoops per serving and less protein than 1 serving of ON, so less benefit and run out quicker than the ON one would. I think that makes up for the £10.
