I want to gain mass and i was looking at both of these supplements because my friend reccomended them to me because he took them and got pretty good results.
So between those two which one do you guys think is the best???

I know nothing about either.
However I will bet that the GNC one is a rip and Muscle Milk is probably overpriced.
So neither. Go get a cheap whey.

Stick with whey brah some cheaper stuff.. Six star muscle or body fortress have good stuff. I like it never used any other type of whey

Muscle Milk is one of the best out their IMO.

if youre looking to gain mass, the mass xxx has quite a few more calories, protein, fat, etc. It will help you gain mass. Ive never tried it before but ive tried some similar and have enjoyed them.Originally Posted by Nick.Arias.21

If you want to gain weight, buy a protein powder and add extra virgin olive oil for each shake. It'll give you 240 extra calories per 30ml and makes the shake taste great. Eat good food as much as you can and you'll gain weight in no time.
