Which is more genetically common, and which do you think is better?
When I flex, my bicep peak is about 1 and a half inch away from my elbow, would that be considered high or low? Sorry, I'm just a beginner.

thats a little high but i can tell you it dosent matter bro just maximally develop what u got u can take ten pros 10 of the best arms out there and the lengths are going to be all over the place dorian 6 time mister o short heads beat shawn ray long head good peak kevin levrone long head poor peak flex wheller short head high peak it dosent matter take what u got and train them till they are freaky no one askes a guy with 22s if he has a long or short head hahas

Flex your bicep so it's parallel to the ground & at a 90 degree angle with your forearm. Then see how many fingers from the opposite hand you can fit between the insertion.
1 = Full muscle bellies.
2 = Not full but not high either.
3 = High insertions.
Full muscle bellies are a feature that all the top bodybuilders have in most, if not all, muscle groups.

i can barley fit 1 finger between my arm and bicep when flexed but i already know that i got a long head

so theoretically if you have high bicep insertion like Arnold, you would benefit from doing high reps and less weight than if you have low bicep insertion and you would be better off doing high weight low reps?
