    How many reps during a cut?

    Should I keep it low? or go up to 8-12 reps? I'm trying to maintain as much size as possible. not strength.

    keep it 8-12 realy 6-8 is ideal for uper body 10-12 for lower. heavy ass weight with PERFECT form= maximum development. if u want to hold ur size has u diet train even harder through the diet. get ur cardio from a step mill not a weight session
