    OK trainer?

I have been lifting for a year, studying everything I can . Reading the forums, using the mirror to check form ect. I just worked out with trainer at my gym by the name of Kelvin. Wow I had no idea how much I didn't know. The advice he gave me and showed me has moved me light years forward. The core element of lifting has never been more clear. My posture is better, my lifts are adjusted. Every tip he gave me I could feel the difference immediately.

He went down my workout and went through each lift and made dramatic differences..

I wish I would of done it sooner..
