Hiho guys,
I have some packages here of egg albumen, that are closed, but expired.
Anyone know the safety expired date range that i could take it?

Powder has a very good shelf life, if they are just past expiration they should be ok. try a small serving and see what happens.

Normally on supplements the dates are just referring to when they can no longer be sold in stores. I would try them and if they seem alright use them

My rule with whey (not sure about egg) is look, smell, then taste....and give it a few hours to digest. If that all goes well i keep using it.
