No fluff legs training post
Been busy as heck lately so here's my leg session this morning.
ATG Squats: BarX10, 135X10(w/u), 225X10, 315X5, 315X5, 315X3, 225X8 -- Happy with the weight up here.
Leg Press: 450X10, 450X10, 450X10, 450X10
SLDL: 135X10, 225X10, 225X10, 225X10
Lying Leg Curls: 80X10, 95X10, 110X10
Seated Calf Raises: 450X20, 450X15, 450X12, 450X12
Done.

Knee held up well today Bob. all I wore were my knee sleeves too and my belt. I'll wrap them next week and should add an easy 20 lbs..

Preciateit fellas im on lunch right now. But as always lately busy rest of the day. Im back with the old me. Lift heavy, take multi and fish oils. My goal stay strong and get stronger while getting the physique I want. Rest will take care of itself.

I'm consuming maintenance cals at the moment 3000-3200. My wife's into everything from spaghetti o's, chicken dumplings, fried okras, bbq ribs, mac and cheese lol
I'm still doing IF so that helps with controlling my weight and wasteline. I hate the fact that I don't get to eat right at 11 sometimes though, like one day last week I didn't eat until 1:30 PMCONQUERING BARBELL
