Some dood in my gym had his gf lifting with him. I can tell he's ego lifting (no hate)...He was doing 40 lb. db's on shoulder press then went straight to shrugging 405 for 6 reps...I SMH and gave him the WTF look :}

Notes: Got in at 6AM this morning so running a little late. No BS on training, after my dynamic warmup stretches I went straight and hit the squats.
