    I went to go make my oatmeal this morning and instead of adding frozen berries, I poured myself three ounces of frozen broccoli...ugh, the bags look so alike! I didn't notice until I put the bowl in the microwave - I don't turn the lights on in the morning so I couldn't really see

    1. You get mad because you can't understand why your dress shirt won't button up (especially the sleeves)
    2. You shake almost uncontrollably when trying to eat your chicken and potato right after working out.
    3. You can't understand how your friends say like hey after we work out we should go play some soccer or something. I'm like ya right, i can barley make it back to my desk, couch, car after a work out I’m so wiped.

    Do most of you guys drink diet soda on a pre contest diet?

    this bottle of pink lemonade i have in my fridge claims 1 calorie for every 250ml, protein = trace
    carbs and fat = nil

    is that legit enough to drink?

    I cut diet soda out at the beginning of prep, still haven't added it back in, no reason in particular besides tooth health.

    Crystal light is still and always has been since start @ 2gallons or so per day.

    I personally dont drink any soda. Maybe on can (330ml) every couple of months.

    Yeah I try to limit the soda. I'll drink it when I feel hungry. I think the carbonation helps me feel full.

    I drink this stuff I found at my local grocery store. It's near the Crystal Light mixes. It's call TRUE and it comes in lemonade w/ raspberry or plain lemonade. It's sweetened with Truvia instead of the other artifical sweeteners. Tastes pretty good

    OMG!!! I have been looking for something like that! You just got it at the regular grocery store? I need to check that out. I like Truvia so much better than Splenda or Aspartame.

    lol..I went through this today myself...hilarious...as soon as I had my PWO carbs though the veinage came back gig time...I'm in "peak week" and the carbs/calories are going to keep decreasing slightly before carb up Fri night/saturday morning....I am water loading this week went from my usual 6 liters a day up to 10...felt like a fish all day at work.

    Good point it's my local grocery store. You can find it online if your grocery store doesn't have it. Besides being near the crystal light, I also found it in the baking isle nears the splenda, stevia, and other sugars.

    I do this too. I'm a bad bartender peak week. I get the order and forget what it is by the time the ice hits the glass, then I forget how to make simple drinks. "Cuba Libre? Remind me what's in that again?"
