I'm not really sure what you meant by this.
I started out in a much worse position than you. 32 years old, no athletic background, weak, skinny-fat, pear shaped with scrawny upper body and big fat legs and butt, had almost three year old child at that time.
Pressed 10 lb DBs for delts when I started, that's how weak I was. Could not run a mile.
Didn't know squat about dieting, exercising or weightlifting. My head was full of myths and misconceptions about nutrition and exercise and I didn't know what the hell I am supposed to do.

You obviously haven't tried the new formulation/flavoring in Max. It is actually good, esp. pink lemonade, and I wasn't a huge fan of how 250 tasted. Most pre-workouts taste awful to me lol
I tend to enjoy supps (mainly protein powder) more and more the deeper I get into dieting. Halfway through I am blending my protein with a ton of ice and drinking it with a straw as slowly as possible.

Ah, the original thread is back posted in the new one-
When your immune system is shot from dieting and you get sick, but don't take medicine because it doesn't have a nutritional profile.
When you fall asleep during sex (word to the wise, being on the bottom burns less calories, but sleep is just so much more appealing)
When your family/friends have takeout and they verbalise how full they are, how they couldn't eat another bite and proceed to throw away the greasy box of heaven that it the last two chips in a KFC box.
When you try to focus on something else, lest you black out from lack of carbs and awake in a pile of the aforementioned KFC-dumpers' bodies
When you stay at home all the time that you're not at gym or work, because you can almost smell the scent of other people's food on their clothes
When you ask yourself 'Why the fukk am I doing this to myself??' followed by 'Pass the broccoli please'
When you finish the competition and your friends and family go 'Thank fukk for that!'Don't take your guns to town

- When the number of calories you've had up until that point in the day floats around in your head.
- When you look at other people eating and add how many calories they're eating at that moment.
- When you think there is a warrant out for your arrest when you miss a workout.
- You have to think before you stand up.
- You have a food porn folder next to your regular porn folder.
- If today is May 16th, you already know what you're going to eat on May 27th.
- Fat people no longer look like people.
- You cry when people throw away plates with food left on it and think "If you have the chance to eat that, why throw it away?"
- When you look at other people, you try to guess their weight.
- You walk up to the food in the cafeteria, look at it for about 6 seconds, and then walk away while the cook behind the food thinks something is wrong with you.
- The history folder on your computer shows 90% of sites having something to do with either (1) how many calories something has or (2) calorie/macro needs.
- This site is your home page.
- You would spend 1 week in solitary confinement than spend 1 day being obese.- Food is my enemy; I'd rather die than to be fat.
- Conversation with a friend while on a cut:
Friend: "C'mon Travis, eating (insert food here) won't kill you... you have to live a little. What if you die tomorrow?"
Me: "Then my casket would be easier to carry".
- Hard work + Patience = Success
"You gotta watch what you eat"
"Sh!t, I look at all my food when I eat! You think I'm sittin' there wit my eyes closed?"

When you dream about eating your rice cakes
When you look forward to eating rice cakes everyday after cardio
Or when you wake up on Monday morning jumping for joy because you thought it was tuesday and thought it was your off day from cardio (for me at least), and was going to be able to just wake up and eat your rice cakes when you wake up, but then realize you have to do cardio first because its still monday.Logs

^^This is what I have done for the past hour at work...literally! I am new to all of this and prepping for my first competition in October. I have laughed so hard at these comments because I can relate!
For the past hour I have been thinking of my pack of tuna and rice cake that I am now eating and enjoying like it was the best seafood I've ever tasted! ha!
I'm sending the link to this forum to my husband so he understands why I'm not so interested in sex right now...sleep, peanut butter, chocolate, pizza...any of that sounds better right now!
I don't want visitors to come to my home:
a.) because I don't have the energy to clean it
b.) I don't have the patience, nor the energy, to hear that I'm too skinny and don't need to lose anymore
c.) And, finally because I'm really not good company right now
And the scariest part... I don't know any of you but finding this page I feel like I've found my long lost family....LOL!!
