    Fish oil burps

    I had a bottle of GNC generic fish oil pills I had bought because i had forgotten to add them to my order from BB.com. I took them for a while with no side effects whatsoever, but I figured ON fish oil pills would be better, so when i ran out I ordered some and now i get fish burps after taking them. Is the GNC brand better or is it just a personal thing?

    must be personnal sh!t because I don't get any burps and i use ON.
    Current goal: reach 190 lbs and stay there while lowering bodyfat until 10% (Recomp)

    Current stats: 204 lbs, 17% bodyfat on Tanita Scale

    Are you taking them with meals? If you aren't, do it. I take mine right before I eat and never have a problem.
