I bought some Meijer Fiber Chewable Tablets, are they ok for Keto?
Total Carbs - 4g
Dietary Fiber - 4g
Soluble Fiber - 4g
Would that be 0 nets carbs and ok for keto?

Depends on the actual ingredients.
But there is one way to find out for certain......try it.I guess If I can't get good at bodybuilding, my only alternative is to become an adult movie star.

Citric acid may inhibit ketosis
But this varies from person to person.
Try it, find out, that's how this works.
Thing I found works best psyllium husks. straight up, no extra ingredients.
Also- I'm not sure what "starch" means but if it is in context to "starch" = metabolized to glucose then that could be a problem. But who knows how much of any of this stuff there is in the supplement.
