Dymatize Elite 12 is also a great choice - get the 2lber, it's very rich so you get tired of it easily.

Dymatize Elite 12 Hour is great tasting, and I really enjoy ON 100% Casein Chocolate. Good stuff. Also, their Peanut Butter and Chocolate is freaking good to.

Everything that's being suggested is a "blend" of unknown ratios for the most part. If you want a pure casein? ON and HigherPower have what you want. Doesn't taste as good but unless you're a fairy, that won't mind much and it's not that bad. Add in some whey if you want a blend.
